As a broker, we do not work for one particular insurer but with a number of different insurers operating on the local insurance market. We represent the customer and so we will always search for the best deal that the market can propose. The way we proceed, following a financial health check, is that as soon as the insurance requirement of a customer is discussed, assessed and ascertained, we will seek quotes from various insurers.
Our total independence towards them give us the right to shop-around and seek what is the best package available at a reasonable and competitive price. Following receipt of respective quotes, we will assess the different offerings and seek necessary clarifications, if necessary. If we are happy with what has been tendered, we will revert back to you and submit our recommendation. Otherwise we shall go back to the respective insurers for due negotiation.
